TERMS & CONDITIONS

By placing an order an order either verbal or written for Health and Safety Services / Courses with Lansdale Health and Safety Services, you are agreeing to abide by the following Terms & Conditions:

HEALTH AND SAFETY SERVICES

By engaging the services of Lansdale Health and Safety Services, you are agreeing to pay the agreed price. Any documentation undertaken remains the property of Lansdale Health and Safety Services until payment in full has been received.

All services undertaken must be paid within 7 days of the invoice due date. (See PAYMENT) The invoice being submitted upon completion of the service or as per agreed with the Client.

Should the service agreement be cancelled by the Client, any works already undertaken will be invoiced at the pro-rata daily rate.

HEALTH AND SAFETY COURSES

Public Course Bookings

All public course bookings must be settled in full 30 days prior to the course commencement date.

In-House Course(s) Bookings

Lansdale Health and Safety Services will invoice you for 100% of the Tutor fee which must be settled 21 days prior to the course commencement date. For IOSH Courses, registration / Delegate fees are also payable at this time.

On completion of the course(s) Lansdale Health and Safety Services will invoice you for the remaining fees, (registration / delegates fees etc) which must be settled within 10 days of the last course date. CERTIFICATES WILL NOT BE DESPATCHED UNLESS PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED IN FULL!

Cancellation of Course Bookings

Should a course place(s) be cancelled the following charges apply:

28 + days notice before the course commences:                No charge*  

21-27 days notice before the course commences:              25% of the course / Tutor fee*

8- 20 days before the course commences:                         50% of the course / Tutor fee*

 0-7 days before the course commences:                           100% of the course / Tutor fee*

* Should there be any additional costs levied by the venue administrator, these will be passed onto the Client.

Date Amendments to Course Bookings

Lansdale Health and Safety Services will be as flexible as possible to accommodate any Course amendments. However, should these incur costs, they will be passed on to the Client.

Amendment/Cancellation by Lansdale Health and Safety Services

Lansdale Health and Safety Services reserve the right to amend / cancel course bookings in the event of severe weather conditions, lack of place commitment etc. We will however, try to minimize any inconvenience to our Clients.

PAYMENT

Lansdale Health and Safety Services deliver a high quality, Customer orientated professional service and treat our Customers with respect. We, in turn would like to be treated the same. Based on this mutual respect, we believe that having delivered such a high level of service, the Customer will submit payment for the service on time.

All invoices stipulate the payment due date. Payments are to arrive into the office by the due date at the latest. Each invoice overdue reminder letter will incur a £25.00 administration fee, payable by the Customer. Late payments will incur a 5% administration charge and accrue interest on the balance outstanding, (calculated daily from the day after the due date), at a rate of 8% per month if they are not settled.  Cheques should be made payable to Janet E. Lambert. Returned cheques will be charged at £25 per transaction plus an administration charge of 5%.
